User Agreement

Please read this user agreement carefully before utilizing the services provided by "Wigo Live". Pay special attention to the bolded terms, which include restrictions on user rights, stipulations for dispute resolution, judicial jurisdiction, and applicable laws. If you do not agree with this user agreement or any modifications made to it, you may voluntarily cancel the services provided by "Wigo Live". By using "Wigo Live" services, you are deemed to have understood and fully accepted all aspects of this user registration agreement.

1.General

1)To access the Internet-based services offered by "Wigo Live", the service user (hereinafter referred to as the "user") must accept all terms of this agreement. By logging into or using the services of "Wigo Live", the user acknowledges their agreement with "Wigo Live" and fully accepts all terms outlined in this agreement.

2)The user may utilize the specific services provided by each channel of "Wigo Live". When the user engages with these individual services, their actions will be considered as acceptance of the service terms and the various announcements issued by "Wigo Live" for that specific service.

3)The user agreement for "Wigo Live" and the terms and announcements for each channel's individual services may be updated at any time without prior notice. Users should pay attention to and comply with the applicable terms and conditions when using these services.

 

2.Service Content

1)The specific offerings of the "Wigo Live" service include the ability for users to independently live stream, engage in chat, utilize bulletin boards, post updates, and create, share, transmit, execute, or store various content, messages, texts, sounds, images, applications, codes, or other materials (collectively referred to as "User Content"). Users can also overlay virtual items and use other features ("Wigo Live Functions") provided by Wigo Live on this User Content, enabling its transmission through the service. Any opinions expressed by other users within the service (including through the use of virtual gifts) do not reflect our views or values.

2)"Wigo Live" reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any or all network services, including paid services, at any time.

3)Virtual items and virtual currency (such as game currency) purchased by users of "Wigo Live" for accessing fee-based services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for Indonesian Rupiah, Ringgit, USD, or any other currency, except in cases of force majeure as defined by law.

4)"Wigo Live" solely provides the relevant network services; any equipment necessary for accessing these services (such as computers, modems, and other Internet access devices) and associated costs (including phone charges and Internet fees) are the responsibility of the users.

 

3.Rules of Use

1)When applying for the "Wigo Live" service, users must provide accurate, timely, and detailed personal information and continuously update their registration details to maintain this accuracy. "Wigo Live" is not liable for any issues arising from false registration information or its consequences.

2)While using the "Wigo Live" service, users must adhere to the following principles:

a. Comply with relevant laws and regulations of the country, including those related to internet governance and intellectual property rights;

b. Users of "Wigo Live" must not publish, post, share, or transmit any content containing the following:

c.Violations of established legal principles;

d.Threats to national security, leaks of state secrets, subversion of state power, or disruption of national unity;

e.Harm to national honor and interests;

f.Incitement of ethnic hatred, discrimination, or undermining of ethnic unity;

g. Disturbance of state religious policies or promotion of cults and superstitions;

h. Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining stability;

i.Dissemination of obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror, or encouragement of criminal activity;

j.Insulting or defaming others, infringing on their legal rights;

k.Incitement of illegal assemblies, protests, or gatherings disrupting social order:

3) "Wigo Live" will publish, update, and adjust standards for user violations on related pages, such as its website and software. Users agree to accept these standards and contribute to maintaining a healthy online environment. Users are prohibited from posting inappropriate content or engaging in illegal activities, including but not limited to:

1. Public videos featuring offensive, unsightly, or unhygienic imagery;

2. Use of vulgar language or behavior, including indecent music;

3. Exposure of inappropriate body parts;

4. Sharing videos with obscene or pornographic content;

5. Displaying weapons or performing dangerous acts, such as knife tricks;

6. Conducting activities that jeopardize others' safety, such as physical violence or threats;

7. Promoting multi-level marketing schemes or coercing users to join such organizations;

8. Engaging in self-harm or suicide-related performances;

9. Any unauthorized commercial advertising;

10. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the service;

11. Disrupting service operation or user experience through malicious software;

12. Interfering with the service or the associated server or network;

13. Attempting to bypass any content filtering technology or accessing restricted service areas.

 

4.Content Rights

1)Users retain copyright and related rights under the law for the legal information they create and publish on "Wigo Live".

2)By uploading any information to the publicly accessible areas of "Wigo Live" (including various platforms such as websites, software, or mobile applications), users grant "Wigo Live" and its affiliates permanent, irrevocable, royalty-free, and fully transferable rights worldwide. This allows "Wigo Live" and its affiliates to copy, modify, adapt, and utilize this information for business purposes without charge.

3)The authorization granted by users to "Wigo Live" is exclusive. This means that no third party may copy, modify, edit, transfer, or utilize any content uploaded by users to "Wigo Live" without the explicit consent of "Wigo Live", which includes actions such as intercepting video signals or altering any form of content. Users agree to authorize "Wigo Live" to take legal action against third parties to safeguard both their own rights and those of "Wigo Live".

 

5.Privacy Protection

1)Users acknowledge that personal privacy information includes any data that can identify them personally or pertains to personal communication, such as their name, ID number, mobile phone number, and email address. "Wigo Live" is committed to respecting the privacy of users' personal information and will implement reasonable measures to protect it, except in cases where disclosure is mandated by law, required by government authorities, or consented to by the user. Additionally, "Wigo Live" will not share users' personal information with third parties outside of its partners without the user's consent, unless agreed upon during registration or in a separate agreement. To enhance the operation and improvement of "Wigo Live" technologies and services, we may collect, use, or share users' non-personal information with third parties, which aids in providing a better user experience and improving service quality.

2)Generally, "Wigo Live" will use users' information for the following purposes:

a. To verify and upgrade service performance;

b. To enhance safety and provide customer support;

c. To send service announcements or information that may interest users, including product updates;

d. To utilize non-personal data for commercial endeavors, such as providing value-added services, marketing, and promotional activities;

e. To manage user participation in contests or similar promotional activities;

f. To share user information with third parties when specific services are requested from "Wigo Live" or its partners;

g. For any other uses that benefit users or improve software and service functionality.

3)The following will not be classified as personal information: keywords entered during searches, non-identifiable information that does not involve personal communication (e.g., service usage habits), and basic record data reflecting objective conditions that users have consented to disclose.

4)"Wigo Live" and its affiliates may share user information among themselves and use it according to this privacy policy. While ensuring individual user privacy is maintained, "Wigo Live" reserves the right to analyze the overall user database for commercial purposes.

5)Unless one of the following conditions applies, or as specified in this privacy policy, "Wigo Live" will not disclose user information to third parties:

a.With prior authorization from the user;

b.When disclosure is necessary to provide requested products or services;

c.As required by applicable laws and regulations;

d.At the request of relevant government authorities;

e.To protect the legal rights and interests of "Wigo Live" and its affiliates;

f.If the user has violated service agreements or rules, which may necessitate disclosure;

g.To share information with third-party companies providing services on our behalf, with the understanding that these companies may not use the identifying information without prior notification;

h. To comply with requests from qualified complainants in disputes;

i.Any other disclosures deemed appropriate by "Wigo Live" and not prohibited by law.

 

6.Disclaimer

1)Users expressly acknowledge that they bear all risks associated with using the "Wigo Live" service; any consequences resulting from their use of the service are their sole responsibility, and "Wigo Live" assumes no liability.

2)For instance: The internet is an open platform. When users upload personal photos online, these may be copied, altered, or misused by other individuals or organizations. Users must be fully aware of such risks and understand that "Wigo Live" will not be responsible for any incidents that occur. In the event of such an incident, users can seek assistance from "Wigo Live" or file a complaint with the appropriate authorities.

3)"Wigo Live" does not guarantee that its services will meet users" expectations, nor does it ensure that the services will be uninterrupted or that they will be timely, secure, and accurate.

4)"Wigo Live" is not liable for service interruptions or other issues caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

5)Service Change, Interruption, or Termination

a. If services need to be paused for system maintenance or upgrades, "Wigo Live" will strive to provide advance notice on key pages.

6)"Wigo Live" reserves the right to suspend or terminate user services without prior notice under the following circumstances:

a. The personal information provided by the user is false or concealed;

b. The user violates the terms outlined in this agreement;

c. The user fails to pay applicable service fees as required when using paid services.

7)Beyond these situations, "Wigo Live" retains the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of its services at any time without prior notice. "Wigo Live" will not be liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions or terminations.

8)Compensation for Breach of Contract

a.Users agree to uphold the interests of "Wigo Live" and other users. Should users violate any laws or the terms of this agreement, resulting in losses to "Wigo Live" or third parties, they agree to take responsibility for such damages.

b.Users acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, the total compensation payable to them for losses caused by "Wigo Live" breaching this agreement shall not exceed the service fees they have paid for using "Wigo Live".

9)Modification of the Agreement

a."Wigo Live" may modify any terms of this agreement at any time. When changes are made, "Wigo Live" will notify users on the relevant pages.

b.If users disagree with any changes to the terms, they have the right to cease using "Wigo Live" services. Continuing to use the service signifies acceptance of the modified terms.

10)Legal Jurisdiction

a.The formation, execution, and interpretation of this agreement, as well as any disputes, shall be governed by the laws of the relevant country or region.

b.Should any disputes arise between the parties regarding this agreement or its implementation, they will strive to resolve the matter amicably. If negotiations fail, either party may bring the matter to the people's court in the location of the "Wigo Live" operating company.

11)Notification and Delivery

a.All notifications under this agreement may be communicated through key page announcements, site messages, emails, or regular mail; such notifications are considered delivered on the date they are sent.

b.Users must send notifications to "Wigo Live" through the official contact details provided, such as the designated email address or mailing address.

12)Other Regulations

a.This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the parties regarding the matters agreed upon and related issues. No other rights are granted beyond those specified in this agreement.

b.If any provision of this agreement is found to be wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
