Wigo Live Child Safety and Anti-Exploitation
Policy
At Wigo Live, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and authentic environment for our global community. We have a zero-tolerance approach to any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This policy outlines our standards, enforcement measures, and reporting mechanisms to ensure the protection of minors on our platform.
1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse
and Exploitation (CSAE)
Wigo Live explicitly prohibits any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors (individuals under the age of 18). This includes, but is not limited to:
Grooming a child for sexual exploitation.
Sextortion or trafficking of a child for sex.
Sharing, creating, or distributing CSAM.
Sexualization of minors, including discussions, sexualized playacting, or depictions of child nudity in any form (e.g., photos, videos, animations, or drawings).
Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors.
Depicting or encouraging dangerous activities involving minors.
2. Age Restriction
Users must be 18 years of age or older to use Wigo Live.
Any attempt to falsify age to access the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or removal.
Underage individuals appearing in live streams, videos, or any other form of content is strictly prohibited.
3. Detection and Enforcement
Wigo Live employs automated and manual systems to detect underage activity, CSAE, and CSAM. Prohibited activities include:
Circumventing age restrictions or detection systems.
Creating or managing accounts on behalf of minors.
Sharing or promoting content that violates our child safety policies.
All violations of this policy will result in immediate account penalties, including permanent bans. Depending on the severity of the violation, Wigo Live will cooperate with law enforcement agencies for further investigation.
4. Reporting Mechanism
Wigo Live provides an in-app reporting function for users to report potential violations of this policy. Users can also contact us directly at blinkchat2021@gmail.com.
All incidents involving CSAE or CSAM will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
5. Prohibited Users
Individuals convicted of crimes against children, including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking, are strictly prohibited from using Wigo Live.
6. Commitment to Child Safety
Wigo Live continuously evaluates and improves its policies, systems, and practices to uphold the highest standards of child safety. We collaborate with leading youth safety organizations, law enforcement agencies, and industry partners to identify and implement innovative solutions to protect minors online.
7. User Education and Transparency
We educate our users on child safety through:
Clear and accessible Child Safety Policy on our TOS and platform.
Prompts and reminders during content creation and sharing to avoid risky situations.
Regular updates and transparency reports on our enforcement actions.

9. Compliance with Laws
Wigo Live complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
Reporting confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or relevant regional authorities.
Maintaining a designated Child Safety Point of Contact to address potential notifications from Google Play or other platforms regarding CSAE content.
